Sales Terms and Conditions

How we handle sales terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These sales terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods between [Greenspark OÜ] (registry code: [17185015], address: [Turu tn 2, 51004 Tartu linn, Tartu maakond], e-mail: [info@greenspark.ee], phone: [+372 58115199]) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the Client) on the Seller's [greenspark.ee].

1.2. These sales terms and conditions apply to all purchase agreements concluded between the Seller and the Client.

1.3. By making a purchase in the online store, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the sales terms and conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. All prices listed in the online store are in euros and include VAT.

2.2. A fee for goods delivery will be added to the price, which will be displayed when placing the order.

2.3. The Client can pay for the order using the following payment methods: [bank link, credit cards, debit card]

2.4. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due in the Seller's bank account.

3. Goods Delivery

3.1. Goods are delivered to the following countries: [Estonia].

3.2. Methods of goods delivery: [courier, pickup].

3.3. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

3.4. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 7–21 calendar days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. After receiving the goods, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

4.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must submit a free-form withdrawal application to the email address [info@greenspark.ee].

4.4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Client, except when the reason for return is that the item to be returned does not conform to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective).

4.5. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

4.6. The Seller will promptly refund the Client the amount paid for the returned goods, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal application.

5. Submitting Complaints

5.1. The Seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the Client with the contract terms or for defects that appear within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Client.

5.2. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

5.3. In case of a defect, the Client has the right to contact the Seller within two months at the latest, by sending an email to [info@greenspark.ee] or by calling [+372 58115199].

5.4. The Seller is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the Client.

5.5. If goods purchased from the e-shop have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Client all fees associated with the sales contract.

6. Processing of Personal Data

6.1. The Seller processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the privacy policy, which is available at [https://www.greenspark.ee/privaatsuspoliitika].

6.2. The Seller uses the Client's personal data only for processing the order and sending the goods to the Client.

6.3. The Seller does not transfer the Client's personal data to third parties, except when it is necessary for fulfilling the order.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. If the Client has complaints regarding the Seller, these must be sent by email to [info@greenspark.ee] or by calling [+372 58115199].

7.2. If the Client and the Seller cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the Client has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
